SpinBot is up and running


Thanks to Rik, SpinBot is now up and running. And we were able to send him some commands from an Android terminal program, which he obeyed. Hooray!

Video from Parallax showing Easy Bluetooth Module

Barring any unforeseen contingencies, We're going the Parallax Basic Stamp 2 route, making use of their Easy Bluetooth module. The following video shows communication with between a PC and a Boe-Bot over Bluetooth:



Using this hardware will allow us to hit the ground running so we can deliver quickly a proof of concept. There's no reason we can't extend our library later to support Arduino later.
